Hugs Come Before Toast

Holy shit, when I took these photos (like an hour ago), I hadn't showered in two days! Gross Town, population: me! Do I have the motivation to shower and get dressed again to take photos for my blog? No. Therefore you get greasy-haired pre-shower photos. Check it out.

The "I have greasy hair, look at it" face.

So yeah. My life is full of balloons and confetti joy! Do you know why? I bought tickets for this! It's an HD broadcast of the Frankenstein play that Benedict Cumberbatch is going to be in with Johnny Lee Miller this coming April. Directed by Danny Boyle. I can't even. It's going to be uh-may-zing!

I'm wearing: Target dress and tights, F21 cardi and hat.

Well well well well. This dress. I don't think it's been in my blog since one of my very first posts, which I won't link here, because my hair was awful in it, but if you're super bored you may try to find it yourself. Anyhow, this dress fits oddly in the bottom and I don't think it really flatters my figure too well, but I love the mustard ruffled top! It makes up for the bottom part. Yay this dress. With the red hat it's like McDonald's colors. I will never eat fast food again, by the way. Last time I ate BK my bowels wanted me to die.

My calf is doing that thing where it's feeling all tight and twitchy, which means at some point it's going to charlie horse, and I'll roll around on the floor crying while Greg tries to calm me down. I hate charlie horses! They are The Worst.

This last picture is what happens when my camera decides to be on the 2 second timer instead of the 10 second timer, and goes off when I'm not expecting it. I go, "Wtf, camera!" and throw my hands up in exasperation.

Ughh I HATE showering when it's so cold out! I wish there was a magic pill I could take that would clean me! Is that weird? Aren't you so glad there are such cute red hats to cover greasy hair? I love that I can avoid washing my hair because between dry shampoo and hats, who needs to get wet and freeze to death?

Anyway, you should be in a Mickey D's commercial and then BK will be jealous that they have such an awesome, gorgeous girl in their commercials and that'll show them for messing with your bowels! :)

I love that dress on you, actually! I think it looks gorgeous on you.

A few weeks ago, I had forgotten to shower for four days. It was so gross. My legs were so hairy that Darin thought I was a man. It was awkward.

Congrats on getting tickets to that show! Sounds awesome!

Uhm, I super-love that last picture :D

You look cute :) Even without showering.

I hate showering when it is cold, so total support from here.

Although I also hate showering when it is hot? And you get out of the shower and you're toweling off and it's so hot that you are *already sweating* even though you JUST showered. Hate it.

>.< Only in Hawaii can the above happen in *December*.

Will it make you feel better to know that I went 5 days this week without washing my hair? Before you vomit, do know that I at least bathed; but considering i have thick as hell hair, I just don't have the patience to dry it! So rejoice! We can be filthy together.

So I'm lovin the top portion of that dress- try switching it out with a different skirt over it if you don't like how the bottom part looks on ya. Works like a dream!

PS. Crazy jealous you're going to see Frankenstein! The only thing that could come as close to that would be to see Young Frankenstein on stage... cant remember if they made it into a musical or not. Oh well.

Another outfit success for you! And in reference to your comment, I'll force Kevin to move us out there for some sweet hangouts! haha. He'll deal with it!

I have photos of me where I've been 2 days without showering. It's really not pretty.

I am so excited for you for seeing Frankenstein. And so jealous for me. I absolutely adore Benedict Cumberpatch and you are very lucky.

omg omg omg! You have to be the cutest greasy choch ever!! And BTW you don't look greasy! I love mustard, and the dress rocks! I just made Kyle buy a mustard winter cap. LOL McDonalds colors....

Hrmm.. I used to get Charlie Horses in my sleep but if I stood up and stepped on the foot of the leg that was hurting with my other foot, it would go away faster. My brother told me that one...you can try it, it sounds crazy but it works for me.

Dude you always go to the greatest stuff! Does the boy go with you? Sometimes I have a hard time getting Kyle to go to places. poop.

if I hadnt showered in two days my hair would have looked a thousand times worse. It gets so greasy. Dry shampoo is your friend. I like the dress on you.

I love your outfit! I agree, the dress is worth keeping just for the top!

And try eating a banana, it may help your leg. Of course, you may have already gotten the dreaded charlie horse. So just ignore this if you have ;]

Wearing a hat is always a good method of dealing with greasy hair...that or the ol'pony tail.

Gotta say your outfit is super cute anyways.

This post is so Liz Lemon it makes my head hurt. In a good way, of course. That picture of your with your thumb up kind of made my day a little bit. If it makes you feel any better, you don't look terribly dirty! And that dress is adorable. The ruffles and color totally make up for any awkward fitting.
